Jobs List Screen

The Jobs List screen provides a snap-shot of information about Jobs required to be completed for your Customers.

Filtering Records

Use the Find button to locate the jobs you required. The Find Jobs screencontains a number of filters including Customer Name Search, Status filter and an Employee Filter. You can use any combination of Filters to refine your search results.

Simply type in the text you want to search for into the Location Name and Suburb text fieldsand EziBusiness filters the records to find any that match. The more text you type, the narrower you search becomes. Delete the text to remove the search and view all records.

By selecting an option from the Assigned To, Status or Job Type drop-down lists, you can filter the list to show only those records that match your selection.

Click or Tap on one of the dates to open the calendar to select the desired date range. EziBusiness will then find Jobs with a due date that falls within the date range.

Opening the Job Details Screen

Once you have found the Job you need in the Job List screen, you can Click or Tap on the link labelled Edit to open the Job Details screen.
